Methodology
How our audit system works — and where it falls short.
Argue With Science watches the same videos you watch, extracts every health claim made, searches the peer-reviewed literature across 8 databases, and renders a documented verdict on each one — with the receipts.
The wellness industry makes thousands of specific health claims every day across YouTube, podcasts, and social media. Most of them are never checked against peer-reviewed evidence. Influencers recommend supplements, protocols, and treatments to millions of followers without any accountability infrastructure to verify whether those claims hold up to scientific scrutiny.
The result is a searchable, versioned database of evidence-based verdicts. Every verdict includes the studies found, what was missing, the gap between what was claimed and what the evidence shows, and a direct link to the exact moment in the video where the claim was made.
Verdicts are evidence summaries based on peer-reviewed literature available at time of query. They are not medical advice, clinical opinions, or regulatory determinations. © 2026 Argue With Science.
